Dr. Sorin Purtuc graduated Temple University as a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD), and went on to complete their Graduate Endodontics program.  Early on, a relative had instilled in him a passion and love for dentistry, setting him on the path he is on today.

Dr. Purtuc specializes in Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), which he chose to pursue because it allows his patients to retain teeth longer and enables them to function better.  He foresees many new materials to become available and techniques to develop in the near future that will improve the field of Endodontics, and he looks forward to giving his patients access to the very best of these advancements.

In his spare time Dr. Purtuc enjoys biking, jogging, taking care of his fish, and most of all, spending time with his family.

Dr. Purtuc currently sees patients at the Bustleton and Liberty Place locations of Dentex Dental Group, LTD.
