I did my undergraduate work at Hofstra University in Long Island, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, following which I obtained my Doctor of Dental Surgery  (DDS) certificate a Temple University in Philadelphia, in 1976.  There I met my wife, Andrea, where she was a freshman and I was a senior.  Needless to say, I did not go back to New Jersey, but remained in the Philadelphia area where I married that freshman dental student, had three sons and have been in the area ever since.  Currently we reside in the Art Museum area of the city.

Andrea and I opened our own private dental practice in Roxboro in 1979.  Our practice was a full service facility with a focus on dental reconstruction, periodontal management and cosmetics all from a health conscious perspective.  Thousands of hours of continuing education over the years allowed us to be experts at this form of dentistry.

In 2003, Andrea and I decided to close our successful dental practice of 24 years.  We both wanted to travel, expand our life experiences and pursue other areas of interest.  However, my love of dentistry was too great and I returned to it in 2008.

In 2010, I found Dentex.  I was impressed with their philosophy and professionalism.  The staff is well trained, the quality of the work is top notch and the support I receive from management allows me to practice the type of dentistry I had spent my career developing.
